Employer Training SHRM & HRCI accredited
As a provider of the HireMeSC "Engaging the Untapped Workforce" training, we prepare your business to hire skilled people with disabilities: engage top talent, build workplace diversity, take the guesswork out of ADA accommodations, and capture tax breaks and existing local supports. Grant-funded opportunities are often available.

In partnership with Vocational Rehabilitation, we deliver classroom-style workshops for students with disabilities aged 13–21, focused on self-advocacy in school and beyond. Facilitators educate, empower, and entertain — and every workshop is customized and adjusted to the students' learning styles and the topics they actually need.
The catalog we tailor from runs deep: self-advocacy, communication, soft skills (elementary through advanced), conflict resolution, work readiness, mock interviews, financial literacy, IEP participation, social-media do's & don'ts, and more.
For employers & HR teams — accredited workforce training
Through HireMeSC's "Engaging the Untapped Workforce" curriculum — an accredited course for SHRM and HRCI — we train businesses, clubs, and councils to recruit and retain skilled employees with disabilities, with concrete guidance on accommodations, tax incentives, and the local support network that already exists to help.
