Peer support
Peer counselors with disabilities share their own experience and knowledge, so you can learn from someone who's been there.
Independent-living skills
Build everyday skills and a personal plan for living independently and taking full part in the community.
Advocacy
Advocacy is communicating your wishes and protecting your rights — for yourself, one-to-one, and across the systems that affect us all.
Transition services
Support for youth moving into adulthood, staying community-based, and moving from institutions back into the community.
